I've written various shellscripts to make life easier for UNIX mappers.

» fixaas-unix.zip - Shell scripts that make use of q3map2's 'fixaas' feature

» q2w_scripts.zip - Shell scripts to make mapping for q2w easier

» rescale_tex.zip - Perl script that rescales textures in map source files

» q2maptoq1map.zip - Shell script that converts a Quake 2 map to Quake 1 map format (in 1 line of awk)

Note that you can also run these on Windows if you install cygwin.
